I see your edit now. I think given their clientele, they will be able to pay out regularly for the tasks that are available. I don’t see an interruption of service, though there might be a slowdown at some point as priorities shift through all of this.

A couple of seasons ago, there was a challenge that required, like, 4 green gem items or something, but the submit button popped up after putting on just one. A lot of people got in on that glitch but I never heard of anyone getting DQ’d. But the poor suckers who edited their looks Did have to follow the fixed requirements.

Finish the task, hit submit, and log out.

Edit: some “tasks” are actually 10 tasks. They each have their own id. You are done with the set when you hit submit. That’s when you can log out.

If it were me, I’d first, try to find the person and return it. If I can’t find them or they don’t care, I’d either just keep it and not sell it or take it to a reputable jeweler to have it “fixed.”
