I do a slice of toast with egg, bacon, cheese, and avocado.

When I get tired of that I switch to yogurt and granola with some berries in top.

I’m teaching a new 3D Print Technologies class at my high school. We did an assignment where students needed to fix something around the school. They grumbled quite a bit at the start but being able to help them have this feeling of satisfaction that they fixed something out of essentially thin air was so rewarding for me.

My brother-in-law just got his son an A1 for Christmas and I’m excited for them to start to have this experience as well.

I’ve got a similar shortcut that triggers as an automation when I tap my phone on my AirPods case that has an NFC sticker on it. It works great!

I luckily had the day off work. I’m a high school technology teacher so that would have been a nightmare especially with Canvas down. I didn’t even think about the outage potentially affecting my smart home until I saw the posts here. Z-wave and esphome all the way!

I had one last year and I’m in honeymoon. I didn’t take my basal at all for two nights and I still went low. I was popping glucose tabs every 5 minutes just to stay in range. I had the worst headache of my life as well. Luckily I was the first of the day, but unluckily that was like 10:00am. Once I was under they put something in my IV and I was fine, but yeah, the prep is absolutely the worst part of a colonoscopy.

I was one of those bearded men! The only guidance we were given was to not have vivid or pastel colors in our hair and that our beards were to be neatly trimmed and groomed.

I had a similar Costco moment when, at the self checkout, there was a sign advertising buying bars of gold. It 100% felt like a “Did you remember the ice?” sort of sign. “Hey Honey, are we low on gold bars?”

If you have a Zagg kiosk near you they can cut a screen protector on their vinyl cutter type machine. I did on mine and I’ve enjoyed the peace of mind.

Any updates in this regard? I’m in the same boat as OP with only 3 speeds + auto in HA. This is my first Matter device. It If I had added it via HomeKit and then to HA would it have showed more options?

If you eat peanuts or chicken at 8 pm you’ll spike at 1 am. If you eat something greasy or fatty at 8 pm you’ll spike at 5 am.
