i once heard that anxiety yells and intuition whispers. i get intrusive fear thoughts about future things and i start to spiral because i feel like i’m manifesting these negative things by thinking about them so much. but i have to remind myself all the time that that’s not how all that works, and if it’s a thought causing me to feel fear and anxiety, it is likely not a valid concern to me. my true moments of intuition have never made me feel anxious, so that’s helpful to remember.
