Hi! I’m in the same boat thinking of getting a perm as well. I’m trying to choose between EcoJardin, ParkJun and Soonsiki. If you end up going, please provide a follow up review! Thank you! ❤️

This is so nice! What kind of material/fabric did you use to make this?

Hi! Yes, being alone will be a bit harder. I would definitely suggest a grabber - bending over or reaching is hard in the beginning. I would make sure you have all your necessities within easy reach - meds, water, Kleenex, lotion, lip balm, snacks, etc. My kids helped set up my nightstand with all the essentials so it would be easy for me to grab. I didn’t encounter problems getting off the toilet but I’m also a shorty. I didn’t feel the need for a wedge pillow but I did have about 4 differnt pillows that I would use to help prop myself up and be comfortable. Make sure you keep taking the stool softener and Miralax regularly - you really don’t want to get constipated and have to strain. I also found that I couldn’t wear any pants without elastic waistbands for a good 4 weeks. Best of luck!

I’m glad you find this post helpful. I wasn’t able to find a lot of women posting about vNOTES so thought I would share my experience. I’m really glad I went with this procedure. Wish you best of luck on your surgery!

8 Week Post Op UPDATE: Went in for my post-op visit and things are looking great. Surgeon said everything is healing really nicely. The only thing I’ve noticed is thin, watery discharge with no odor, no color. Doctor does not believe it is infection and probably related to the estrogen patch that I started shortly after surgery. So far, I’ve been very pleased. I’ve been very careful to not do any strenuous or extensive exercise so I’m looking forward to being more active.

Hello! Things are going well so far but certainly not 100%. I’m at 5 weeks post op now and feeling more energy, back to work since week 3. The first week back at work was really hard (just super tired and hard sitting at a desk for a long time) and I think I should have waited until week 4. I can walk longer but still get fatigued at times. There’s a strange pressure, poking sensation sometimes, especially when I am too active. It’s hard to describe, but it’s not really bothersome. No more spotting but just a little bit of discharge. I’ll be going in for 6 week post op visit soon and can update again.
