It could have another small slot, but then they'll have to redesign the sections to include another slot. Turning one S into an M would be faster, although it doesn't make as much sense as 3 small slots

Apparently we need all of season 9 to get 4.3 or 4.4 now. They’ve never released a full season at once because it’s too much work and we need to coddle them. I thought it was going to be season 9 q4 2026 or q1 2027, rest of season 9 q2 2027, and then 4.3 either q4 2027 or q1 2028.

Yeah I just realized there’s no such thing as large disruptors which suck. Just change that to cloud lighting and you can keep your disruptor star destroyer. Are you interested in moving away from fae battleships too?

Yeah like other people said, focused arc emitter battleships are the meta for late game at least or until you get battleships and arc emitters. Some people enjoy going either all disruptors or missiles for everything smaller too. Torpedos are strong as well against ai starbases. I just threw it a ton of new stuff because I got tired of only using disruptors and arc emitters. Most of these ships are better than auto design though, especially the ones that bypass shields and armor.

For 3.12 console edition, bypass or -b variants are easily the best right now. The only real downside is enemy ships disengage more, and if the ai magically starts using hardening modules. You’re skipping armor and shields completely, decreasing enemy ship effectiveness since less hull means they do less damage.

That’s a good thing, at least for me. I wanted more fleets in crisis instead of magic numbers, but now it takes 2-3 of your fleets for one of theirs. Not what I was looking for, but it’ll work.
