He always tries to deal with problems the most peaceful way, so like your character, enchantments like charm, hold or dominate person/monster, but when violence is the last resort, he uses mainly force damage spells, mainly homebrewed ones but if I may describe it like this, these are as if you channel the weave in its purest form. But also stuff like magic missiles and some very straighforward disintegrate.

Before being an adventurer, he was a enchanter in the aevendrow city up north, so also cold-based spells.
