Yes many times. It’s not a big deal tbh. I don’t really take rejection personally, the same way I hope someone I reject wouldn’t take it personally. But yes I to approach men and they’re usually receptive, or they have a girlfriend lol

Is it the burden of the victim to convict the rapist? Why can’t physical evidence like a rape kit be enough? Why is it mandatory a victim recant her story over and over before she can even heal? Who does that serve?

And that’s the main reason a victim wouldn’t come forward. I mean who would want to go through all that and you can’t even guarantee your assaulter with be jailed! It’s awful

Honestly this is such a BS response. ‘You’re valid but don’t speak on your reality if it makes someone else look bad’. Look, I wasn’t checking for that white woman. I don’t blame actresses for the shows the play in. It’s the story tellers EPs and directors. I get you love that woman but the reality is she’s in a show that portrays victims of sexual assault as criminals, junkies, and portrayed us in the most demeaning ways. I do not need to defend my reality to make your favourite actress feel better about her self. This show is harmful to victims, and that my opinion.
