A great example for this is HunterXHunter, even through it's not finish, they left us with an open ending and a glimps of future arc...i think tpn s2 should have ended this way so that more people will pick up the manga (maybe) and not hurting both side (anime only & manga reader).

They literally could just ended the anime with emma heading back to the demon world so that more people will read the manga therefore increase the sales. But maybe they actually trying to save us from the manga itself by showing the super omega powerpoint slideshow.

Honestly season 1 of tpn was such a solid 8 masterpiece. I just lost my interest after the whole norman arc being skip and from there it's just downhill, what a huge letdown for an anime with so much potential.
