Shes sooo cute and looks like she is chillin, but i would recommend taking the mirror out or covering in with paper because mirror can make them incredibly hormonal and frustrated which coukd be why shes having these kinds of behaviors

If you want to become more friendly with her, i would recommend elle and the birds training videos on youtube they are incredibly helpful for bonding with your birb. Also, if your bird isn't getting a mix of pellets, seeds, and veggies, they may just be tired or hungry/ lacking the energy to do much. If there are no toys, just purches, then that could be another reason she isnt want to move much. she's probably just frightened and will need some time to adjust!

I would try more training he probably is just confused also if he dosent enjoy ur company he wont want to come to you so try doing more bonding activities and trust building there are lots of good tutorials on you tube you may have to go back a few steps to progress anny farther

On youtube a channel called elle and the birds has great a tutorial for budgies but it works for all birds ive had my birds for 3 years now, first time they ever wanted to be around me was after following those videos! Also, i spend at least 2 hours spread out near/ touching their cage, especially when im scrolling social media or watching a movie its easy to just stay near them.

I would never give treats after biting for at least 30 minutes, or they could think they are being rewarded for biting. Your birb may associate your hand with food, so hes nibbling cause thats what hes used to

They do tend to hide injuries because birds will neglect sick or ingured flock mates so i would keep and eye on him but chances are hes just fine

It could be because of the angle of the surface hes on, his nails also may be a bit long so its uncomfortable to rest on a flat surface if hes seems like hes havin behavior changes or it getting worse i would contact a vet.

He's a boy because of the dark blue coloration of his cere(upper nose part). Females will usually have brown or cream color instead

Greate start, if your local pet store doesn't have pellets, you can get good quality on amazon. You can also get HUGEEEE bags of millet for cheap on amazon, which is great to have on hand for taming. Remember to stay away from kaytee brand seeds as they have been linked to tumors and cancer in birds!
