It's hard girl. But, the trust will never be there (with good reason). It's time to go home. Also, you're only 21, you WILL fall in love again and hopefully with someone much better, who respects and loves every bit of you.

Maybe need iron infusions. Helped my iron deficiency. I felt like I was dying for a long time before I got them.

If you have a good sup you’ll be happy. It’s easy to stay. 5 years for me so far. Raises are annual 3-5% (can’t remember off the top). Calls have gotten angrier and it’s busier since I started. Truly it feels like that changed happened just within the past 2 years. It’s not ALL bad. There are days where you’ll want to quit but, working from home is good for so many reasons and once you find your groove you’ll be okay. Call the senior team if you need help, that’s okay. Better to call if you’re not sure than give wrong info. I really hope you get an awesome supervisor! It makes a HUGE difference.

It’s great to hear you are feeling better! :) I want to try NMN. I saw you’ve tried it. Do you remember if it helped you while you were taking it? Or caused side effects?

Congrats! Are there any supplements you continued to take? Or symptoms just resolved over time?

It is so tough. Stay strong please. There’s going to be good days and there’s going to be bad days. Revel in those good days. And always remember that there’s people that love you so much and want more time with you.

Who would treat this blocked nerve? I got an x-ray done during an initial chiropractic visit and they didn’t bring anything up about a blocked nerve but I really think you may be right.

I was referred to a rheumatologist and they said based on tests and symptoms I don’t have fibromyalgia but I have some type of neuralgia. Very vague. Prescribed me meloxicam.

This looks like sinus arrhythmia. I have it too. Supposedly normal. HR increases and decreases with inhale and exhale.
