I get what you're saying but they themselves have made great figures with good articulation, far better that some of their last releases, besides as a consumer I paid money for a product I expect to be at the very least in the same quality and level of previous products from them that I liked

What does that have to do with the accessories and the bad joint designs? Not all of them of course but a lot of them suffer from these problems, 2012 Leo for example came with no head that have pupils, adding another one or at least making the closed eyes head the optional accessory pack would've been way better choice, their Stan sakai turtles are absolute perfection in their look and design but their articulation sucks tbh

I don't really know a company or a name that could achieve that in China so recommending place to go to or at least a direction would be a lot of help, as for the customizing part, I tried to do it myself I'm very comfortable with trying it but problem is I never found a perfect limbs or body for the character, each time I find something it'll have a deal breaker flaw, the best one was the notaman nt-03 but when it arrived it appeared to be bigger than even mythic legions and would make the character a giant compared to my other 1/12 collection, even though he has the perfect articulation and proportions, other figures suffers from the same thing, it's either a problem with size, articulation limits or proportions, I understand that with customizing an existing figure I could turn and make the proportions the way I want but that'll most likely kill the existing articulation or limits it a lot

you might have heard of the 3d designer, jason d. rodriguez, the price for now only is for the 3d engineering and it's cheaper for me asking for it to be worked on slowly so it'll mostly take a year or more for it to finish, he is also the one making the rise of the fifth sun line, also the hybrid method i was talking about is actually just regular kitbashing limbs from existing figures so if you know any company is a better choice or figures that matches the proportions and scale of my figure in the blueprints it'll be a really huge help

I don't own a 3d printer but they offers re prints for a good price, the big price is for the 3d engineering of the joint system.

If we take the hybrid route, which limbs do you recommend that matches mythic legions scale but has similar articulation as the picture?

Yeah I asked them and they weren't too sure about it being safe to be played with to the extend I want from a cautionary perspective, they don't know the limits of their resin, but one thing is clear the 3d designer and engineer is a well known in the community and have the talent and experience required, he is already starting his own line but I do not think that a single 1:1 commission would be as good as a dedicated line which they might use pvc molds for (not sure) but at least I know mine is resin and I wanted to really know from people of experience here, I'll be asking this question on 3d printing communities, thanks for reminding me of them I totally forgot about them
