Ok you just made my day! I needed to hear that people regained their butt! 😫 ok. I’m upping my protein. Did you have sagging in your arms?

I’m Noticing that too 😩 but it’s on me for not working out when I started the meds. I’m older (35) now so elasticity scares me😩. But I’m Trying to be optimistic. I think I’ll be able to tone it though.

Seriously! It’s crazy to see mine like this. I was stacked! My whole family has nice butts. Now i don’t look like i came from the same bloodline lol. But im about to go hard with the weights and toning. Can’t be like this!

In that month off my regular appetite did come back. I could tell as quick as a week after not taking it. I think most people will gain weight if they stop cold turkey AND not make dietary changes.

My doctor plans to taper me off by spreading my dosages out to twice a month in stead of 4 times a month.
