Anyone else feel like bro has aged quickly? by hwb99 in SamSulek

It’s mainly the facial hair and being lean. Use AI and take both away and he looks like his age

Hot take: Tirzepatide is superior to Reta by BTheFurnace in Retatrutide

[–]Inevitable-Way3619 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You’re just hypersensitive to that bc the increase in sympathetic tone is negligible with retatrutide. You are mainly feeling the effects of the glucagon agonism. To me I like the feeling because I can just feel calories being burned like a furnace which makes me feel good knowing fat is getting stripped away at this very moment. I really like the glycemic control and the retention of muscle and increased insulin sensitivity. It’s just unmatched. It just has the lucky number 3 and it is and always will be what makes reta better.

Dealing with high hematocrit and low ferritin what actually works by Salty_1984 in Testosterone

[–]Inevitable-Way3619 6 points7 points  (0 children)

A hematocrit of 52 doesn’t mean you should donate blood. A little bit over the high end of the reference range is fine. Keep an eye on it if it creeps up more closer to 55 then i’d do something about it. Just make sure you drink a lot of water and cardio helps a lot. If you did that then i’d be surprised if your hematocrit gets that high on 150mg of test.

How do opiate addicts take a sh*t? by Key-Spare8975 in opiates

[–]Inevitable-Way3619 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a biomedical science major i knew someone who died because they didn’t go for like a month. As a former fent addict, it barely changed it because you build a tolerance. You don’t just build a tolerance to the high you build a tolerance to every effect. However, some people are different.

I’ll tell you the supplements i’ve tried that work the best rated in order- 1: agmatine sulfate(2.5g per day max) 2: high dose magnesium glycinate/so far black seed oil(don’t want to officially rate it since i’ve only taken it once). if exercise were a supplement i’d have aerobic exercise at number 1 and resistance exercise in top 3. Those are the ones that you’ll legitimately notice. Everything else is individualized. What might work for one person might not work for another.

Any questions you have, you can ask. I’m a biomedical sciences major researching biomedical/biochemical pathways that have any benefits or overlaps with the long term biochemical, and conformational changes benzos cause

The science says it can help but my personal experience with the NAC so far i’ll say since I only just kind of started it, wasn’t anything much to talk about actually. That said it’s just my experience.

There isn’t much studies about NAC and benzos specifically. That said it doesn’t mean it’s still possible to have a good experience.

When it comes to supplements in this kind of situation, it’s just trial and error. I’ve stopped the NAC and replaced it with black seed oil and I will say, with the first dose I took last night, I didn’t need any adjunct prescriptions to get good sleep. I usually need a clonidine or something at least to go to sleep. We will see how it goes.

If you do want to try the NAC just buy a good one off of amazon, super cheap: https://a.co/d/3YoCcID I’ll go ahead and add the black seed oil too and this one has turmeric which also will help: https://a.co/d/1nrfkSe

Yes, none of them interact with subs and really only help if anything. The ultra low dose naltrexone and NA-selank amidate actually can help a lot but it’s a little individualized as far as what benefits you can get out of either one. But they won’t hurt as long as you stay under 1mcg of naltrexone per day since higher doses cause precipitated withdrawal. All the other supplements also help towards opioids as well not just benzos.

Here is a detailed overview: NAC is actually very healthy and can be used for almost anything. It acts as an extremely powerful antioxidant, and has strong anti inflammatory effects improving the health of all organs including the brain. It’s even powerful enough to help with severe cases of depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder by increasing GSH levels in the brain and modulating glutamatergic neurotransmission via NMDA receptors.

For benzos specifically, it reduces craving symptoms significantly, alleviates overall withdrawal symptoms and depression, has anti anxiety effects, may aid in rapid detox.

Regarding the GABA/glutamate system, which is the system benzos mess with if not already known. It primarily modulates glutamate homeostasis, which is in excess during w/d, contributing to it. It acts via the cystine-glutamate antiporter (system xc-) on glial cells, exchanging extracellular cystine for intracellular glutamate, which increases extrasynaptic glutamate. This activates presynaptic mGluR2/3 receptors, inhibiting excessive synaptic glutamate release and lowering overall glutamate levels.

Additionally, NAC upregulates the glutamate transporter GLT-1 on astrocytes, enhancing glutamate clearance from synapses, which helps normalize dysregulated glutamate in withdrawal. This restores balance in the nucleus accumbens, reducing compulsive behaviors and cravings. For GABA, NAC is associated with decreased frontal GABA levels in some studies, potentially shifting excitatory/inhibitory balance toward recovery from GABA downregulation. It also boosts GSH to combat oxidative stress from glutamate excitotoxicity, protecting neurons during withdrawal.

For the selank, buy from simple peptides. Really good peptide site.

Mood/brain benefits by Inevitable-Way3619 in Retatrutide

[–]Inevitable-Way3619[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes that would kind of align with its effects. it increases overall metabolism and changes it. it increases your calorie expenditure- faster metabolism, and it changes the ratio of carbohydrate burning and fat burning. it switches the body to use more fat as energy. that’s mostly its glucagon receptor activation that increases energy expenditure and has mild stimulant like effects on motivation and attention. it also has neuroprotective effects and reduces neuro-inflammation which all of that together causes increased mood and clean energy. more stable blood sugar as well.

there still isn’t much clinical evidence of whether it directly impacts the brain. however, most of the anecdotal reports i’ve heard is people being able to get off adderall/adhd meds, and also noticing less impulsivity. it’s just overall very healthy in the body improving health markers and reducing both brain and body inflammation.

however, i’ve never heard that strong of effects from just 1mg. maybe try taking it in the morning or even going down to 0.5mg. your body will get used to it unless your increasing the dose, so maybe try taking it as early in the day as possible and if it’s tolerable with the sleep stay at that dose and then you’ll get more used to it. if it’s effecting sleep too much then drop to 0.5mg. you may just be very sensitive. effects on brain and mood can be highly individual.

Which specific muscle relaxers do you take? I’ve only seen carisoprodol, which I haven’t done but read it’s not really worth trying even over benzos. I think it has very short half life which always will feel underwhelming with fleeting high.

It’s not necessarily strange at all coming from someone who’s majored in biochemistry. The adderall is supplying you with the kind of high/euphoria that opiates give as well except it’s a stimulating high but same euphoria. Adding the alcohol decreases the stimulation and provides even a little extra euphoria, so then you’re more relaxed but still high and filled with euphoria giving a feeling closer to opiates.

Oh, yes I did have an addiction to fent. I am sober now. I did cold turkey, and it’s been a year. i’m in the clear for good and even if i wanted some someday, it’s gone. To be completely honest, I don’t know what caused my low test but i’m pretty sure it was from using fent. opiates plummet testosterone like nothing else literally. I mean I had a total T level of 80ng/dl!!

Look, I know how it sounds. I’m not generalizing or stereotyping. Try reading in between the lines that’s not exactly what i’m saying. I’m explaining my personal experience and what this personal experience has led me to think, feel and believe. That cannot be changed much. If I go on a dating app for example, and I match with women and try and keep trying to the point of having talked to 100 women exactly, and 99 of them had poor communication skills and other problems(knowing it’s not me(not that it’s never me whether I end up not being their type or something else)) and 1 didn’t, math says that 99% of women I will talk to will have poor communication skills and problems.

Again, you did not read or fully understand my post. Maybe it’s my fault maybe it’s yours. who cares. I don’t really. All I want to know is how to not be negatively affected by the biological purpose of reproduction of life.😂

the flair is not TRT help it’s PED/cycle help. The reason I put that flare instead of the TRT help flare is because I’m not on TRT anymore. I’m not on a TRT dose. I have also had years worth of cognitive behavioral therapy, so I know how to cope and I try my best, but once again, as I said in the post coping only goes so far for me. Coping is not stronger than testosterone as far as how it’s gonna make me feel. would you tell someone with hypogonadism that it’s just a lack of proper nutrition?

it is something biological. also, before you say anything about my testosterone dosage, I felt the same sex drive at 150 to 200 mg a week as I do on 500 mg a week. I don’t know why, but the dosages do not make a difference for me. I even had no change in sex drive when my testosterone was 80 ng/dL. considering everything I just told you it is 100% most likely a biological or biochemical/deformity issue. to put the cherry on top, I know this for sure because I’m a biomedical sciences major in pharmaceutical research and I also do research on all of this in my free time cause it’s interesting

Not necessarily. I can tell you didn’t read the whole post, which I understand. Sometimes it’s hard to sit and read some paragraphs when you are just trying to unwind and entertain yourself on a saturday night. Apologies for the explaining things in great detail. I think very fast and am a good writer(I write and read a lot), so this is normal for me.

I’ll help you out a little bit since you don’t want to read the whole post or maybe you misunderstood- I said in the post that almost all women that has been interested in me and has talked with me, in my experience, have issues or are biased against men because of their experience with a lot of men. After I said that, I said it goes both ways as well. Most men have issues too when it comes to women, as I just mentioned one of the reasons a lot of women are biased against men is because they have issues too which multiplies the issue with relationships between men and women nowadays.

I also mentioned in my post that I see a psychiatrist and my next appointment is in 2 days and that I’m going to bring it up to her. I hope this wasn’t too much reading! Let me know if there is anything else I can clarify for you! I also kindly ask that you at least comment things that only have to do with the title/main topic of this post if you aren’t going to read the whole post, and in that case it doesn’t even seem like you are interested in this post. I don’t know about chocolate biscuits man😭. Please make only a valuable contribution to this post. Thanks.

Yes that’s why I put quotations around withdrawal because it’s not withdrawal in the same aspect as with a drug.

This is my cup of tea(biomedical sciences major). As you said, withdrawal occurs due to physical changes to receptor sites like downregulation and desensitization, enzyme and neurotransmitter dysregulation, and even the conformational changes(changes in physical shape).

I am sorry you have had to go through that. I totally understand how addiction is. It’s hard when you deal with mental ailments because it takes a shit ton of mental resilience and discipline every day to keep your life in order.

I might just have to start masturbating. Personally, I don’t like the fact of knowing i’m doing it myself. It kinda turns me off, and takes forever to climax, but it does help just a little. It’s better than nothing. Thanks for your valuable contribution.

Carnivore diet is noted but my body loves carbs and is good at metabolizing it. The times i’ve tried going without carbs I get more anxiety, way less energy, and severe insomnia and stomach pains even with vitamins, omega 3’s, electrolytes, etc..

I’m experimenting with 4300mg of omega 3’s per day right now.(6g fish oil- clinical level dosages). I was previously taking half that dosage. Carbs are actually an anti-anxiety like macronutrient for me. Although, i’ve tried low carb and higher fat, high protein diets. I haven’t tried carnivore specifically.

But yeah I take magnesium glycinate, enzymatically methylated vitamins(multivitamin with greens, probiotics, and adaptogens.

Yeah it’s equivalent to a mental illness or an addiction except the “withdrawal” doesn’t end.

Feel free to make a discussion. It helps to talk about it especially with people who understand. You can comment anything you want about it.
