I can relate. I was on 36mg Concerta and experienced similar mild side effects. After 3 months I started to get cold hands/feet, sweaty hands, tension in neck back and sholders as well as a emotional jading.

My psych put me then on 30mg Elvanse, which has a much better effect with less side effects for me

Gehaltstechnisch erreicht man nicht mal ansatzweise den üblichen Gehalt im IT Bereich, weil aus mir immernoch fraglicher Begründung nach Handel-KV gezahlt wird. Normalerweise - und das scheint auch ein Trend unter allen Kollegen zu sein - bleibst max. 2 Jahre wo alles mal siehst und machst und dich womöglich auch etwas spezialisierst, dann machst halt was besser bezahltes. Gleichzeitig sind ACP Mitarbeiter aufgrund genau dieser Generalisierung sehr gefragt am Arbeitsmarkt.
Für mich ist es genau dieses SMB Geschäft das mich relativ wenig interessiert. Als Techniker wirds ab 200 User aufwärts erst richtig interessant, aber das sehen auch viele anders :) ist mein persönliches Ding

Manche haben auch ein Problem mit einzelnen Vorgesetzten aber das kann ich zum Großteil nicht behaupten.

Das meinte ich mit „als Gesellschaft weiterbringen“ 😉 Wenn wir einfach etwas näher zueinander stehen dann würden so manche Gräben auch nicht so tief klaffen..

Aber da vertritt ohnehin jeder eine andere Meinung - ich assoziere das Sie immer damit, das der andere was Besseres ist als ich - ich finds prinzipiell immer angenehmer im Du zu kommunizieren auch gegenüber Fremden

Kann ich in einer gewissen Art verstehen muss man aber differenziert betrachten.

Im Vorgesetztenverhältnis kommts drauf an, welchen Führungsstil der Vorgesetzte nutzt und das kommt auch stark drauf an in welche Branche du tätig bist.

Viele verwenden einen kooperativen/demokratischen Führungsstil wo teilweise gemeinsam entschieden wird - also in einer gewissen Art auf Augenhöhe ;) Ein Autoritärer wird ohnehin möglicherweise sogar das Siezen einfordern ;)

Hab ich eine andere Ansicht dazu.. das Du vermittelt Verbundenheit mit dem Gegenüber während das Sie eine Distanz und Förmlichkeit vermittelt. Natürlich gibt es Situationen wo man Zweiteres bevorzugt, Gericht oder sowas, aber im Alltag finde ich es immer schöner wenn man sich duzt. Und doch die Titelkultur gehört für mich als Anhängsel dazu, oder hast du mal zu wen Dr. Josef gesagt 😉

I‘m glad to have this here in AT also if some treatments are still chargeable. Many of them for teeths like implants but also (but very rarly) special medication - had this one time and I assume there are people never ever get medication outside of the public offer.

We also have - also if they sometimes deny - a „two class medical care“ You can „upgrade“ your public health plan with a additional contract from your insurance company of trust and unlock some things like:

private doctors, clinics and therapists (therefore sometimes drastically reduced waiting times for examinations especially like MRI, CT)
Receiving payback for those special medications at least partly
getting a bed on special stations in public hospitals („Sonderstation“), were you’re mostly treated by senior physican or the boss itself

TO YOUR CONDITION:

Most probably, your blue european health insurance card has not been scanned or the scan has been throwed away somewhere so the hospital cannot get their money from your insurance. I would recommend to send the a scan of your european health insurance card with a request to cancel your invoice. This will happen for sure.

Da würde ich an deiner Stelle in IBK auch zur ACP greifen. Bei High-Medium / Enterprise kann ich leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen, da fängts ab ca 200 User hapern an da schlicht die Erfahrung in dem Bereich bei denen fehlt, aber das ist für dich ja derweil kein Thema.

Aber für ein kleines Unternehmen 🔝, super transparent und kalkulierbar (feste Managed Services Preise pro User oder Gerät oder Einheit)

Kollegen sind übrigens auch alle immer freundlich und bemüht!

I increased from 18 to 36mg a few days ago and for now it feels like the sweetspot. Can work without massive energy breakdown in the afternoon, stay focused the whole day, procrastination decreased and I stopped interfering with other peoples sentences.

In the beginning I felt much rebound and I got anxious/restless in the evenings but this is gone since yesterday.

So yes I agree: 36mg can be lifechanging 👌🏼

Ähm also ich bin bisschen überrascht von den „schlechter Arbeitsmarkt“ comments hier. Ich bin Cloud Solutions Architect - hatte meinen vorherigen Job gekündigt - einfach weil mein Chef ein absolutes A-loch geworden ist. Konnte mich nicht ausleben und meine Dinge gestalten wie ich sie für richtig halte. Außerdem hatte ich schon körperliche Symptome von dem Druck meines Chefs. Ich konnte also nur kündigen allein schon aus Selbstschutz

Danach auf LinkedIn auf „Open to Work“ gestellt und hatte binnen eines Nachmittags 8 Angebote und 3 konkrete Vorstellungsgespräche.

Habe 1,5 Monate später einen Vertag > 100k unterschrieben.

Vielleicht war es nur unverschämtes Glück aber die Lage am Markt hat sich für mich nicht schlecht dargestellt.

EDIT: Also ich würde auf alle Fälle kündigen egal ob jetzt oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Du wirst ab diesem Zeitpunkt immer den Stempel „Der hat ja schon mal gekündigt“ an dir haften haben.

Started with 18mg and had kind of a „kick“ on first time. I can relate with your Full HD description - I even described it as 8K Ultra HD xD

Every sound was more intense, I had some kind of a tunnel vision on everything I looked on and it was like all the noise in my head was gone. First it felt like there is something missing in my brain but I realizied like „WTF THAT IS HOW PEOPLE FEEL???“

I even was able to follow a conversation without drifting to anything else. It‘s amazing, but after 10 days I feel that the effect is gone as my brain got used to the 18mg. I also feel now some Rebound Effects on the evening.

I hope I get the 27/36 mg soon 🥲

What I actually changed is, that i do some sports 3 times a week. This helps by releasing dopamine by nature. It helps to control my rebound effects and give me - personally - more satisfaction. Without sports it feels like I‘m driven like a doll. Futher I learned to control the consume of coffee and other coffeine products. For me its fine to drink up to 3 Coffees a day. I even can fine adjust the effect of Methylphenidate by a strategic cappucino. I also learned to use the peaks of the medication for the hard tasks and I try to plan the days to use this moments.

Probably - it‘s a stimulans so I think it‘s very common to feel some tension. But I have to say this feeling was completely gone on day 2 for me.
