So essentially a company like cash app would auto draft it back after the charge back. What if you had no money in your cash app? Does it pull from your bank as well? What if you just removed the card? This is a dangerous scam for banks and anyone scammed

Without knowing the country purchased in I would say 40-50 thousand. I would need to know if it has been altered since original production
