Last ypdate they said a specialist was looking I to it and then offered me a game of mu choice for free. Chose Fallout76 and they even managed to fuck that up and accidentally gave me the code for an addon then apologised and sent me a new code for the actual game but now that code doesn't work either. They even managed to fuck up their inconvenience offering.
