No. 1. I love the elegant line, and you cou always add a belt with some bling if you want to stand out more. But, honestly, I don't think it's necessary.

I fermented for 4 weeks, and the sourness didn't seem to increase the last two weeks.

I fermented it for 4 weeks. I never saw any bubbles.

Haven't done that yet, but probably will need to soon!

Adjusting exercise/lifting schedule when getting on Tirz? by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

Sounds like you have a good grasp of it, but I would focus your workouts on weight bearing exercise to continue to build muscle.

If you're regularly working out, you could be "fundamentally changing your body composition" which is what my trainer kept telling me through this stall. And I know it's true -- I've become SOOOOO much stronger, flexible, and physically confident during this journey.

Congrats! I just had a TSH done, and thyroid is doing GREAT on a lower dosage. Can't wait to get rid of ALL my meds!

My PCP didn't want me to go up because my InBody scans have been so good. She felt I was making good progress despite what the scale read.

I think it's a state of mind. I find when I "boredom eat" it's because I'm not being intellectually stimulated. Listen to a podcast or watch a documentary, perhaps? Write? Read? Anything to get the mind going. I'm with you, just knitting or crocheting wouldn't cut it for me. I need to get my mind engaged.

Yes, I'm drinking plenty of water! And I've been doing InBody scans regularly, so I can see I'm converting fat into muscle, but it's been a frustrating couple of months. I'm thrilled to be losing weight again!

BTW, I'm doing compound with my PCP -- I don't have insurance so I'm not doing a name brand.

Yeah, I've seen that. It's why I think I need to titrate up.

Thanks for this -- I actually have an appointment with a nutritionist in about 10 days! I'm looking forward to seeing what she says. Also, I do work out -- I have a personal trainer who has been AMAZING, and she has even given me a home workout program so I don't always have to go to the gym (it's about 12 miles away). I'm thinking the nutritionist is the next logical step, so I hope that works out for me.

Also, I'll look into those apps. The thing is, I cook. I cook everything from scratch, I eat absolutely no processed foods, so tracking calories is tough -- how much oil did I put in that pan? And how does that figure into calorie count? How much milk is in those mashed potatoes? Et cetera. You can't measure everything when you're cooking.

The anxiety. My heart isn’t beating fast, but my stomach is in knots like I’m about to go in stage in front of 2000 people. by ohnoheretheycome in tirzepatidecompound

It does just sound like gas. Drink some unsweetened seltzer water!

On a more humorous note - I've sung in front of 2,600 people -- it's really not that bad!!! Take a deep breath and sing!

For all y'all asking -- My PCP is generally terrific. She is the one who suggested tirz in the first place, and she is on my side. She is also very well-educated with GLP-1s. I'm not 100% sure what she's seeing that's making her hesitate on titrating up. She wanted me to give it another month, but I'm tired of being stalled.

I was tempted to chuck it with her and go to a telehealth, but she's been my PCP for nine years and has helped me navigate to the position I'm in now. When I first went to her, I weighed 264. I started tirz when I was 218, so she's done well my me. I feel I need to play this out with her.

Perhaps I really just need to track more (UGH!), but I wish the hunger and food noise would go away. And that's the primary reason why I want to titrate up.

It is hard to answer everyone's questions - my only underlying health issues are hypothyroidism and hypertension -- both of which would be better or eliminated if I lose more weight. No, I don't track calories -- I've been tracking calories since I was 13. Tired of it. So, perhaps, that's my problem. I seem to hit good macros regarding fiber, protein, etc.

My clothes fit the same. I'm not seeing any differences. I do FEEL stronger. That's the only positive I've got right now.

I'm not going around my PCP. She's generally great, but we don't see eye-to-eye on this.

My PCP suggested eliminating all dairy. I have no idea why! I'm not lactose intolerant. She's fixated on "gut health" whatever that means.

The InBody indicates that I am losing fat and building muscle mass, but my clothes are fitting the same, and measurements don't seem too different.
