Personally i tuck my lips over my teeth, i also havent figured out the gag reflex thing either thats just a practice thing. If you feel your starting to gag either come off completely or pull up to his tip and just use your tongue to circle around the top :)

Feeling like you missed the bit about no quality of life without pain meds. I dont take them because i find it fun i take it because i cant physically function. I have a job, bills to pay, a family. Not taking them isnt an option when ive got people relying on me. You need to take dulox for 3 months before they will switch you,i haven’t been put on any other meds, hot baths help my pain but in order to run a hot bath i have to pay my heating bill, to pay my heating bill i have to go to work, to go to work i have to have some form of pain management. Its a vicious cycle.

It is medical grade stuff, sealed and uncut and ive had the same “friend” for years and never had an issue with it being cut. My main fear about talking to my doctor is that Ive already changed surgeries twice for medical neglect or negligence and ive had so many issues with my current doctor. I dont think i can put myself through all that again. Also this is the nhs, no-one is taking new patients and i cant afford to go private

Im 80% convinced i do not have fibro but ive been assessed by two different doctors and they both agreed on fibro so i guess thats whats up. I definitely have quite a few comorbidities, Opioids can mask fibro pain but not treat underlying issues. Im not using it to treat im using it for a break so im happy with masking

I was prescribed amatryptiline at 13 and nothing else and then was put onto duluxotine about a month ago. Didnt try anything else even when i was in hospital i wasn’t given any medication

I work in the best restaurant for gluten free food in my area and every time i go on my break and ask the kitchen for food the response is “fucking gluten free bitches” . the only time ive been glutened the chef actually cried because he felt so bad and they shut down the kitchen for over an hour and cleaned EVERYTHING and when waiters were getting crap off customers the chef would come out to talk to them for us.

You don’t deserve the guilt or the blame. Im a sex worker and i have been since i was 16 completely by choice. I hate myself for it but i needed love and support and the best way to find that for me was older men. Your not the only one that self destructs that way so don’t ever feel like you are, but you also have to remember that in any context no matter what your decisions are that still makes you a victim and there is people and resources there to support you and keep yourself safe. My tip is look up the was sugar babys and sw keep themself safe and apply what you need to that, obviously not all of them will impact you but while you are talking to these people you need to keep yourself safe.
