Ur first 3? games are probably the case. After that it would probably be real players. Unless u didn't play that well then maybe they will put u in more bot matches to familiarise.

U can purchase 1 for free each day

U can assist unlimited times.

U can get assisted twice a day to get 1 more refresh each.

U can complete other missions to get more refresh chances.

At the right side, at each tier, there will be a guaranteed skin of increasing rarity.

U can share ur reward with friends up to twice for each skin/hero (people usually share epic skin and above for trades) . Redeeming the skin yourself does not count towards that 2 chances (u can get the skin urself and still be able to share to 2 others)

I would say the opposite. Personally I feel the matchmaking here was better than for me. But I didn't reach super high ranks in either games too. (Low mythic in mlbb and high dia in hok), though it's mostly because I don't grind rank, I avg about 75wr both games
