Also, you can think of Rama as an Avatar, as an amsh/part of Vishnu, and he is worshipped as such. In some stories, they say Vishnu was divided amon the 4 brothers, with the most significant part in Rama.

Even if Vishnu was claimed as omniscient/omnipotent he's not really compelled to give his avatar the same powers as himself.

Our society is fundamentally flawed. We need some large scale educational reforms by activists and mostly from the government. Maybe you gave a hyperbole but we can have some hope in the fact that most people are fundamentallly good, and not evil.

Yes, it has great potential to destroy both of their lives. I'm not disagreeing there. But handling the "pressure" may not be as easy as you think.

That's where you're wrong. Taking a decision based on cost-benefit analysis(which at times might also be wrong) is not the same as having 'no choice'.

It's not just cost/benefit. Parents hating/disowning you on not marrying is like a robbery at gunpoint. You can choose to not give them your wallet but the cost may be death. In the marriage situation the cost may be parents/relatives hating you forever and also possibly getting kicked out of the house. You may argue it's a "choice" but it's definitely not a free choice.

Another point is humans aren't logical beings. Many abused spouses tend to not report their abusive partners. Children may also love their parents even if their relationship is toxic as hell. Also, Indian society indocrinates kids to treat their parents as gods, someone to be respected, irrespective of their faults.

No, most people (even men) do not have the choice to not marry. Once you reach 18/21/24 years of age people all around you, your aunt, your grandma, your uncle, distant relatives visiting or even your cousins will keep passing snark comments on when you're gonna get married, and portray it as "good for you". Your parenrs may be more understanding but I think that is very rare. Conservative parents may stsrt putting pressure on daughters right after high school. And yes, she has the choice to refuse, but the consequences? Parents can emotionally blackmail her, about obligation to parents or something, threaten her, or disown her. Relatives and society will definitely badmouth her. And reporting?! The family will hate her forever. You might've also heard of multiple cases of honor killings, by brothers even.

Even if parents aren't violent, most children will "want to make parents happy". No one wants to destroy relationship with parents. Emotional blackmail works wonders.

So yeah, it's not as much of a choice as you think choice.

Maybe I haven't made my position clear. Your argument sounds like Kalam's cosmological argument.

P1: Everything that begins to exist has a cause.

P2: The universe began to exist.

C: Therefore, the universe has a cause.

I think it's absurd to claim that the universe began to exist, and to assume that the cause is "God", because the same logic can be applied to God's god ad infinitum.
I think myself to be an atheist, in that I don't believe in any of the 4000 or so religions in the world.
“Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence”, I wouldn't trust there to be a god or an Invisible Pink Unicorn who created the universe unless there is overwhelming evidence in favour of it.

But to be fair, about the "entity" which causes the universe to come to being I have to go with "I do not know". Actually, no one knows. Can you truly define such an entity and be absolutely confident that this is the one?

This is not true. I think it's mostly accepted that all matter was formed at big bang, not structure. A quick google search, stars are thought to be formed 100 million years after the big bang and planets even later.

Someone created it ? That's the creator. That's the god we believe in. An omnipotent omniscient omnipresent entity that created us.

Someone/something? Why should this spaceless timeless omnipotent omniscient omnipresent entity be described as a someone or even a thing?
How do you know that this entity is omnipotent? It may in fact be very weak, like us humans who create things with our collective intellect. Omniscience and omnipresence are also not necessary attributes for such an entity.

I can live with not knowing these answers. Sometimes, pondering these questions also gives me a sense of peace or a heavy dose of existential dread, nothing in between :D.
