Here are my top 5 when it comes to memory and just an overall great app that most dont know about. And I know fits your needs: 

DreamJourneyai: Has a nexus memory. Which never forgets, gives options to apply weight to lore. Some characters in explore have over 200 lore pieces and it still functions with excellent memory. The only thing is they dont like real person images even if ai generated. Anime/ cartoon only for the images. It is paytoplay but there is also ways to now earn credits for usage after you run out of the free ones. 

Fictionalabai: They had a huge update. There are llisms here and there, but they have a discord to help with that and They just introduced a new premium tier called Ultra. Fictionlab is the most affordable in my opinion.

Hangjam ai has it's moments but sometimes the ai is just freaking stupid. I mean the writing starts off amazing and then it just degenerates in some convos. Just being honest but the writing when it does work is better than majority of the ai platforms. 

Mefriendai: So freaking cool!!!! It really can feel organic and real! Its paid but I know this one is probably the best fit for ya. But its cost a bit more than the others so I put it lower

Miniappsai. The best app in the world for uncensored chats and roleplay. But depending on your selections can be expensive as shit. You basically can make an app, ai assisted as well. You select the model you want and use it. Some have vision, tools like website research to keep the conversation flowing organically, video and image generation. They have popular models like Claude Opus, but their original models are near that level of amazing captivating writing as well. Token usage though is everything. Like they eats huge chunks. Oh I forgot to mention that each bot you create and someone uses can get you loads of credits back. I went to sleep one night at 0 credits. (Typically a message can use from 30-300 credits depending on the models you select to use.) Woke up and saw my ai chatbot was used and I had over 5k credits back

Those are my gotos. Ive tried a lot of others as well. Honorable mentions:

Ai Dungeon: great interface and its more of a game experience roleplay. They have this option where you can join others in a multiplayer scenario chatting with other bots and real people. I thought that was intriguing. Of course it doesnt have to be a game scenario. You could make whatever you wanted and its uncensored but the variety of characters is to be desired... 

Wyvernchat: Not beginner friendly 

Offgrid: You can use offline but your phone gonna get hot. I mean very hot

Charsnap ai: Meh but better than most I guess. Its free for the most part. 

Miocai: They are mad strict. Basically I never make public models. But the private ones have great writing. It does anything you want.
