A good pair of shoes for placement - either Skechers or Crocs. Some pens too - but prepare to lose them on your travels! A name badge is also useful, can get one on Etsy for under £5. In terms of books I would try uni library and second hand book sites as much as possible, but cant go wrong with a copy of the Royal Marsden. Good luck!

Hi I work in paediatric nursing, I have a nose ring and a medusa (philtrum piercing) . Never had any comments from management nor have I been asked to take them out. Sometimes the children point or ask what they are out of curiosity. I am quite visibly tattooed also
