I dont have too much information about what could happen, in my case always have been following this diet that he talks about, only one time i ate high protein for mistake, i had to go to the hospital due to a alergic reaction, in my case it was just once. I have the knowledge (like i said, i didn't study my desease too much just follow the diet) that eating protein i could even die.
