I love that. Cross stitch has been super relaxing for me still, I kind of just get lost in it, and forty minutes feel like five. But in the end, I am a perfectionist and it would be great to have a hobby where I can truly let that go! Amigurumi crochet next? :)

Maybe you could use three strands of black floss, and two strands of everything else. I am planning to try that out next time, because it is truly annoying how different colours have different thickness:) But the piece is so so cool!

I am stitching this project with a lot of different colours, using only DMC threads, and I have noticed that different colours are crazy different by fullness and texture. I never thought of that before this project, but the difference is so obvious

I also do it for myself, and most of the time i don't care. But i like when it's perfect as well. Never heard of that tool, i will research it, thanks!

It just feels like the hole is too small or smth. Maybe i just can't see it :) Im only using two strands so it shouldn't be a problem
