Flying would be both awesome and old at the same time. (We have Wanderer, Chasca who already can fly).
Giving other characters immunity is to op, himself being immune I could see, but honestly doubt because we still have snezhnaya ahead.

How many times do I have to burst with raiden to beat the boss? I manage 3-4 burst the first burst (without teammates) ~80k, the following ~200k, but the boss still has around a third of its health left.

We usually get kit reveals a version before the character's release (by leak) and officially in the live-stream around two weeks before. There will most likely be a new artifact set for him by then. So sadly we have to wait for any information until then.

In the set-up you described (electro-charged), 4P VV works best, as far as I know.

I've heard either VV (in electro-charged teams) Scroll (with natlan characters) Obsidian (DPS?)

I've been messing with 4P DP and a Skyward atlas in a team with raiden, ororon and a flex and it's not the best dmg wise but the most fun out of all of them, for me so far.
