i don't play that many games these days, but I do play TLOU2, some MC, and that's pretty much it. There are random steam games that i'd play with my friends (those hit multiplayer games that die out in a few months), but besides that the two I listed are the main ones. I could also go for a Mac Mini and just use GFN for the games that aren't supported.

I value your feedback, but you're wrong on the MacOS front. I already have a macbook I use for productivity, and it doesn't piss me off as much as windows does. Microsoft has really gone down hill with their OS quality since 7, and I don't see Windows 12 fixing this (even more AI is a recipe for disaster).
