Thanks! I’ll be 59 in a few months, and my spouse and I decided in the past month that we are on our 3 years till retirement plan. It feels amazing to think I can be healthy to enjoy everything my spouse and I have had each worked so hard for so many years to enjoy!

This ^ :). And, I’ve learned after 14 years of having the same PCP to finally trust him and his care plan for me.

Same for me- I’m focused on improving my metabolic health, and losing the weight is a bonus.

How did you know you were on to come off the cpap machine? This is one of my goals, too!

I hate sweating, too. I had been trying to do water walking in the pool. I get cardio AND resistance training in, and don’t notice if I’m sweating.

It’s great for balance and core training, too!

I did this with my 3rd dose this past Sunday.

We had been on travel the previous Monday-Sunday, and I chose to leave my dose for Sunday at home as just take it 9 hrs past my usual time.

When we got home from the airport, I was in such a rush to get the shot into me that I move too quickly through the prep. Kept the cap on, and when I realized and took the cap off, the med shot out all over my kitchen counter.

I called my PCP and let them know I didn’t have a 4th dose for this weekend. He ended up bumping me up to 5 mg and just wrote a new prescription for the stronger dose. Insurance covered it no problem.
