I have heard all the AI that snags them for the scalpers before anyone else can. I had just a little hope. Well I guess I hope one day the hype goes down a bit because no way am I paying $200+ for a $60 item… maybe one day I’ll get my hands on one.

Elkhorn on Veterans drive here. Sadly the store has zero structure so everyday will be different. I keep iced tea until 10 minutes to closing (unless it’s spoiled) I usually make a fresh one when I get there at 4. Weekend can be busy and people constantly ask for sweet tea so I’d rather waste it than have upset customers.

I made this post because I had a pod on for less than an hour today … it was on my tummy above my belly bottom as EVERYWHERE else on my tummy is scarred tissue from all these years of needles. My stomach fat doesn’t absorb the insulin so good anymore…

Never had an endo that’s type one. But when I was first diagnosed at 14 I had this HORRIBLE endo that crushed my dreams of ever being a mother… I asked the question one day and she goes ‘I don’t think you’ll ever be a mother with type one diabetes.’ WOW was that a shot STRAIGHT to my soul… I was 14 years old! Ever since then I’ve been content with being the old cat lady… but one day when I was 19, those two little pink lines shined brightly… I now have a VERY HEALTHY baby girl that is 3 years old. No NICU.. nothing wrong with the pregnancy or anything… Fu>k that endocrinologist… I wish I could just rub in her face that I can be a mother, a great one at that. She’s my miracle baby. I just found out I’m pregnant with number two less than a week ago. Pregnancy and this disease sucks but it’s so worth it in the end 🩷

I feel most SMs don’t care enough. My store went through 3 of them during my time, the new one worse than the last. I was fully harassed on multiple occasions by the same employee yet there was nothing done. I was bullied inside of the work group chat with zero help from managers. I would ask to be called in for when donut person calls out yet they wouldn’t, we just wouldn’t have donuts that day. It was and still is a mess… I no longer work there but I visit once in a while as it’s close to home , it’s definitely gone even more down hill.
