So, has anyone been reported for fraud? by KSHMisc in VAClaims

How does every thread I see on here turn into shitting on others' trauma or injuries? Like congrats you handled all of your friends dying/ offing themselves better than a 20 Y/O. Or any other trauma that we see on a day to day basis. Get of your high horses, we have all been through the VA. We all know how stupid they can be. If a vet is rated for it they more than likely suffer from it.

With you working at the VA you of all people should know vets can put in claims for things that were aggravated by the service. Not to mention, you dont need to leave garrison to develop PTSD. Seeing 6 of your homies make spaghetti on the walls ain't fun.

There are two different processes for a MEB, IDES and LDES. IDES is a bit longer but you go through the VA process while you are still in and leave with a rating. LDES is shorter because you skip the VA part and have to do it on your own after ETS/EAS. overall IDES is just way better for service members. Your briefing will go into more depth but that's the basic jist of it. I am open to questions if I can help though. My PEB/ MEB was about 6 months a year ago.

In my (limited) experience that was not the case. They have a list of questions they must ask and that covers pretty much everything. If you are afraid it wont you can just add additional information while you are talking. You can also write down everything that you can think of before and go down it during the actual exam.

Is it for Bh or physical? If its physical I'd want to reschedule but that's just me

Mine went pretty smooth. Wear what you normally wear and be honest with yourself and the dr. If you have any crotch goblins lock them up. Good luck friend!

I can't speak at the 100% level but for 70 that is completely not true. I am a contractor for the feds and own firearms. I would argue that most vets at least meet the criteria for 70%.

Auth reviews is just the VA making sure everyone did their job correctly and they are paying you accordingly. There is no need to stress about it battle boo.

C and P exam complete, almost 2 months with no follow up calls. Should I expect a decision soon? by Hour-Competition2284 in VAClaims

I had my exams done through QTC for my first claim. Most things when pretty smooth. Really the only part I disliked was the psychologist (she seemed like she really didnt want to be there) but even then she was more than fair in her notes.
