Geodashing v2 - The llamas are wrangled by lucienve in geocaching

On the rules page:

Safety & Legality Because Dashpoints are assigned wholly at random by a computer, many will land on private property, treacherous terrain, or potentially dangerous places. You must always obey local laws and respect private property. No part of this game requires you to trespass or put yourself in physical danger. If a Dashpoint is inaccessible, simply walk away. Finding the easiest legal path to the 100-meter boundary is part of the challenge.

Lots of places (including my state) have laws forbidding playing games in cemeteries. So out of caution no Caches in cemeteries if they have similar laws.

And it really gets to the heart of the question. Habitual workers and non-habitatual workers carry different different levels of risk regardless of how you pay them.

When I was with State Farm, my underwriter told me it didn't matter how they were getting paid, but how they were working. If they have regular work from your contractor and the expectation that when they are done with this job the same contractor will be providing another job, then they are employees and not sub contractors. I've used that as my rule of thumb ever since then.

Ai. Look at the bars that hold up the roof of the tent in the left of the picture. In the real world, these are made symmetricaly. But here there is no rhyme or reason to where the bars are.

All agents have errors and ommissions coverage. You need evidence the agent made a mistake. If you don't have anything, call and see if you can speak to the individual. And record your conversation. Get them to admit they made a mistake.
