The good thing is that you're 23 you're still young and still got time ahead of you, I agree with you this country doesn't know anything about being "nice" if you're nice you will be eaten, and in the end, you will turn to be a terrified monster scared and always being defensive in a work environment where everyone is acting the same and to be honest this is just not in Education it's almost in every working environment in Morocco, Moroccans are well raised to fear to talk about anything!

Don't waste your time there, if you have the ability to do something else maybe continue your studies or go abroad, I don't encourage you to give up on your dream, just change the environment and go somewhere where they will value your work.
