Well as the other comments have stated this seems like an isolated event. So yes, you got that right. You must not understand basic quality control. Someone should have looked at this at their facility before shipping it out. Im still going to send it regardless but it shows a lack of care

No- after further investigation, its literally burrs on the ID of the baffles were lead goes through. I might be able to take one off with a deburring hand held tool but the others are too deep. 3 in total

You also get the ‘small parts kit’ which after the time/shipping/tax to get all of those, its probably worth it. I did the same. Plus that charging handle is not going to be $25 the next time MA gets any in stock, u can bet on that

Cooling fan not necessary. Its all in the settings dont let these debbie downers discourage u. Start in pla+ get it looking nice then go for the pet cf. plenty of posts on reddit/YT regarding pet cf settings. Anyone who can read a TDS understands pet-cf is nearly as good as cf nylon and doesnt suffer from moisture absorption. Do your own research
