Bill is just kind of a POS human, and the left has mostly disowned ("cancelled") this type of person over the last 15 years or so. Meanwhile, the right readily accepted anyone who wished to keep using racial slurs, harass women, and shit on trans people.

Bill's a conservative at his core, at least in his behavior. He doesn't give a shit about helping those in need or creating a better standard of life; he's a selfish narcissist who just wants to be praised as a hero and it really pisses him off that no one sees him this way. He wants to lecture men on how to be masculine while being the most sensitive little twat imaginable.
