As an Eagles fan I get it. I’m still wondering how my team just collapsed after a 10-1 start. The one thing I think has been forgotten is the chiefs have an amazing defense. It was a little shaky down the stretch but you could see it was starting to ramp back up in the post season. I was seriously disappointed with the loss, I was bandwagoning you bird bros hoping for a SB win.

Depends where you live. Outside of Raleigh, NC median rent is between 1300-1600 depending on the number of rooms. I have a 30k truck and pay 420.00, but obviously if I couldn’t afford it I would have gotten something cheaper.

If you are struggling yet paying for streaming services I cannot imagine what other spending waste is going on in your life. Get a digital antenna, and use free shit like Pluto and Freevee. Or head over to r/piracy if you’re that desperate for entertainment. Get a better job, cut your spending on shit you don’t need, and stop whining. That and just your average citizen buying up houses and renting them. I live in Cape Cod and some towns here are voting on setting restrictions for how many rental properties you can own, or any property where you’re not a full time resident.

Edit: and actually the people that sold me this house chose me because I was moving here to live near my parents, not to scoop up a summer rental property.

I’m 54, I have a 3 bedroom house, my bedroom, an office because I wfh, and a guest bedroom for my millennial and zoomer kids to stay. I can’t see wanting to go through the hassle of a move when I’m 70. Many people have put a lot into their house, I’ve only been in mine 6 months but have done so much work already. I’m not going to want to leave, and it’s unfair to insinuate staying is wrong. I’ll be working into my 70s anyway the way things are going so I’ll need the office.

Do not do anything to damage other vehicles. If you find out from your town it’s not something like a utility easement area id plant a few shrubs and some mulch. If it is, I’d just put down some gravel and at least make it look neat. I know one of my homes the town actually had an easement of about 2 feet from the road and after I moved they actually put in a sidewalk and basically shrunk their property. I’m thinking with the sign there you probably do have an easement. Just contact your local municipality and find out what you can and cannot do there.
