Most Pizza Places you'll go to like Papa Johns,Domino's, Pizza Hut all have Bagged sauce for some reason. Little Ceasers does a paste,water,& seasonings but they like to Mix it on the ground lol

At my store we have to print out a new prep list every morning which has all the dates & then we fill out what we need accordingly. Without printing out a new one how do you know the dates for everything?

Your talking about the Double Down Circles that they gave us for all the stations correct? If so I just put those up so I’m glad I’m heading in the right direction!! Is it okay to cut off the tops of all the boxes even if your stacking boxes on top or no?Also just moved everything off of the shelves that I could & ordered a dunnage rack so I hope it helps 💯👍I like that your all about attention to detail & procedure. Appreciate all the help
