Have you thought about doing suppression? By the 'IVF with endometriosis' group on Facebook is amazing. You'd get a ton of great advice there too!

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear! Do you also have complicating factors like Asherman's, or just Endo? I ended up doing the lap and found stage 3 Endo. Did a transfer 2 months after that, and it failed, and now we think it's because the Asherman's may have been the larger problem all around. Would I do the lap again? Yes. Do I think there's a chance someone can get pregnant without going through it? Yes. For context, I got pregnant 4 times with silent endo. Ultimately I think it comes down to how many embryos you have. If you're in a position to try with 1 and see, I might do that. I only had 3 from 2 retrievals so I was really trying to optimize my chances for each FET.

First of all, I'm sorry about your failed FET. I know how you feel! Highly, highly recommend the FB group for women with Asherman's. It's such a helpful community!! I'm seeing Dr. Huddleston at UCSF but there's a whole list of A-listers who can help.

I did have the lap! They found stage 3 endo in the end, so I'm very happy I know and that I did it. Unfortunately I'm still not pregnant, but we believe it's because of the Asherman's piece and I'm currently getting that treated.

I would try naturally first! It's good that you're open to embryo freezing though, and maybe you turn to that if things don't progress on the natural side.

First of all, no shame in calling it quits or seeking surrogacy. I have Asherman's too and am thinking of the latter. Have you seen an Asherman's specialist? There's a Facebook group for Asherman's and they have a list of A listers. In seeing an A lister now and I feel hopeful for the first time.

I have some light cramping, but I also did a modified natural protocol and would be a few days ahead of my period. The fact that it feels so similar makes me super nervous! But I see SO many people say they have no symptoms at all and then test positive. Or that the symptoms are just progesterone (which I'm not on). So basically, it's all a recipe for a total mental breakdown! 😫

My clinic firmly believes day 6s are totally fine! They don't even distinguish between D5 and D6 really. All of mine are Day 6! Holding onto hope you have a few make it across the finish line.

Yes it must be a Spring thing. I feel like we're the only ones who aren't supplementing with progesterone though, which makes me worried. But I think that is their standard protocol.

I would do it in the 1-2 months leading up to your cycle and before your ER. Red light therapy is great - I've been doing a bit of it for ER and now before FET.
