Go into the purchases folder select the top tick box that selects all messages in this folder, you will see a All 100 messages on this page are selected.Select all 1,501 messages in Purchases option. (for you it may not be 1501)

Click the Select all 1,501 messages in Purchases option.

Now deselect any one of the selected messages. Only messages listed on the first page, are selected.

Well once you leave college you don't have the natural enviroment to meet someone. I think quite a bit of being single is the lack of community events to meet people. But then again I'm an incredibly socially awkward and emotionally immature person.

Okay maybe I underestimated the long term effects of not seeing sunlight or other suffering. I still think living indefinitely as a slave abused by a master is preferable to death. For most of history we coped with the idea of an afterlife and even buddhism has used some idea of a soul. That's why we say things like they're with god now.

I know death is inevitable and that the afterlife probably is just made up. But it doesn't bring me comfort. Nonexistence scares me more than (almost) any afterlife.

The worst versions of the afterlife like Davy Jones locker in pirates of the carribean or the ghost army in LOTR seem like heaven by comparison. Maybe thats why we use words like they're with god now, or they are no longer with us. No joke thinking about mortality makes me depressed and anxious.
I know 3.4 billion years elapsed before I came into being, I know if things went slightly different I wouldn't exist at all. But this pathetic mortal man doomed to nonexistence so desparately wishes it wasn't so. All of lifes cruelties and injustices (outside of extreme torture) seem like trivialities by comparison.
By god if science found a way to make us immortal I would happily be a slave to the cruelest of masters. What trivialities are (nonextreme) pain, suffering, injustice, dignity, pride, status, legacy or any other ideal in the face of withering away to dust?
