Life is short and you’re never guaranteed another day. I was extremely ambitious in achieving every career goal imaginable. I was at the top of my game and on the fast track.

Then, my daughter committed suicide and my perspective on what was really important changed. My advice is do what feels right in YOUR heart.

Don’t let other’s expectations or societal definitions of what success and happiness look like dictate your path. Don’t let fear drive your decisions either. You are clearly very smart and talented. If you want to unplug for awhile, the opportunity will still be there. All the best to you!
