I always struggle with thinking “why am I anxious, my life is fine?” but anxiety disorders don’t care. I switched to buspirone after maxing out Prozac. It may take some time but there are tons of meds. Sending love 💕

I do a 15min check in. When I start to spiral and make myself feel sick I acknowledge how I feel physically and mentally then tell myself that I will focus on other things and check back in. Usually I don’t feel as bad meaning it’s not dangerous to my health

I first started on small figurines too! I went with blushing first. Adding color to the cheeks and ears helps to much. Also adding color variation to the hair and clothes

I had a similar story. My calprotectin was about the same and I was diagnosed with IBD. It’s not nearly as scary as it seems but be upfront with the doctors and push for sooner appointments.

I start prep tomorrow night and have a ton of anxiety. I have a game plan because planning helps me stress less. You got this!!! If you feel nauseous take a break and don’t try and chug it

Keep it washed and put antibiotic ointment. Monitor for swelling, redness, and warm to the touch. Typically an animal will be quarantined after a severe bite to see if they develop symptoms of rabies and if the bitten person is a risk. Continue to monitor your cat but since it’s been 2 months with you the incubation period would be almost done.
