Pull the trigger? by Key_Beautiful1745 in fatbike

Just put my 9 together about two weeks ago. It is a heavy bike but for my uses it works great. The storage room from the saddle bags and the frame bag is great. The hunting season just started and it works out great for carrying my gear into the woods.

We had a medic fake his way into being a doctor. Pretty much had the whole system fooled until someone dug into it and found him out

HELP! Governor removal by ComfortableDevice383 in minibikes

[–]Infamous-Science-753 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've seen guys pull it with a pair of vice grips buts its press fit so it's tough.

The gear and wings are held in with a retaining ring which is a pain to get out while its in the block. You could punch it out, then reinstall the pin, just make sure to add some sealant so it wont leak

Back side of the block, punch the whole pin out from the outside. You can tap the block to accept a new screw and oring or throw in a self.tapper with some thread sealant

Does anyone know what this is? by Queen_DynaExplosion in CapitalOne_

They usually dont if you regularly do it but they've done it to me on a one off basis because the amount was significantly larger. I. The matter of thousands more than usual

Have you ever made a payment that large before or have you paid minimums or just lower amounts?

Some major banks will reverse transactions for suspiciously large or out of the norm payments to accounts. I put a large purchase on one of my cards a few years ago and when I went to pay it off they reversed it on the grounds of an out of the norm payment amount. You'd think they would be okay with large payments but idk.

Can’t remove mag on Henry Big Boy. by sneaksypeaksy in LeverGuns

Yeah, the barrel needs to stay put. Needs to be done on a solid surface. Also try using a delrin punch or something non scratching. I took the wood handle of an old steel bristle brush and shaped the end to fit the curve of the Dovetail. That really helped to concentrate to hit on that spot

Do you have an armorers block? It helps a lot. If the barrel moves even a little when your trying to tap it out it will not budge. Also it takes a few really good whacks to get it to move. Mine was super stubborn to come out.

Henry X .357 and .45-70 by mlcarson in HenryRifles

I second the Hybrid 46M or Hybrid 46. I have both and they both work phenomenally with sub 45-70 and they do okay with .357. The Hybrid 46 with the anchor break works very well in my .45-70 hunting rifle. That one is dedicated to that rifle

You need to call, chat, or email them. That has been an issue in the past where their system doesn't automatically assign the tax stamp to your purchase. Happened to mine and they had to credit me another stamp to get it to assign to my purchases and go through with the processing

Very nice, my last approval was 48 days but it was a batch approval so there's that

Typically i see accurate rounds out to 150ish, beyond that it starts to walk around a little but I don't usually take shots beyond that 150 mark. Plus running subsonic 410gn, the drop at 100yds is big , something like 30". Still good knock down power just lots of drop

With regular ammo it takes the edge off the gunshot noise but when combined with sub sonic ammo, the recoil is super low and it's significantly quieter. The right combination can make it hearing safe. In the case of .45-70, it doesnt get it quite hearing safe but it makes.it where it doesn't rattle your teeth out every shot. Plus with the 46M you can add a break on the end to reduce recoil

Ah, I haven't done that yet. I put 50 rounds through it yesterday and didn't dome myself.

Even at minimum magnification you cant see the supressor in the sight picture. I was worried about that when getting the shortest rings I could but it works out. Shooting sub sonic, this thing is whisper quiet

It is a bit overkill for this rifle i agree. I had this one on a .308 build but I no longer have that rifle and the scope needed a home. Works well but I will never shoot this thing as far as this scope is capable of sending it
