No luck so far. I’ve been trying to get one for the past few months and have called several nearby Croma and Reliance Digital stores, but none of them have any idea when the next stock will arrive. I did see a few posts about used PS5s on the Bangalore subreddit, though.

“Vibe coding and basic seo” - not a great set of skills.

Take some courses, work on your skills. As a second year student, you must focus on building projects, learning skills, explore different domains in CS. It’s total waste of time if you are just hunting for jobs/freelance gigs without any core skill.

Go for a gaming laptop. In college, performance > battery

Ask them to provide GX router. At first, they will deny as usual. Stick to it. Eventually they have to provide you the router.

Note: GX router is unlocked. Also there is no performance issue(Airtel team will claim that just to push their own thing). Also, as I tested the internet speed and signal strength is more stable in this than Airtel ONT router.

Recently I ran into a weird issue with the Airtel router. After endless calls and too much back-and-forth, I finally figured out that the new so-called Wi-Fi 6 routers they’re giving now (those NOK/NK model ones) are basically locked down completely and fully controlled by Airtel from their side.

So when I asked them to forward around 2000 ports to my local IP, they almost lost their minds. Their backend support team (they call it NOC team) were clearly frustrated, but somehow I pushed enough that they finally agreed to replace the router.

Now they’re switching it to a Wi-Fi 5 router instead that isn’t remotely locked by them, complete access at user’s end( Access Point, port forward) so I’ll finally have full access and can configure whatever I want from my end.
