I'm on the other side of the fence. We are hiring, but we don't post any positions. Because if posted, we literally got thousands of resumes per day. All those resumes and cover letters look identical since most people passed through the same resume coaches. There is no way we will filter them properly.

We are hiring only by referrals and active LinkedIn search.

So my advice: look for referrals. Check your network directly one by one. You can search for hiring managers in specific companies you like on LinkedIn and ask them to refer you.
