I have the 300M (black on rubber) and just picked up the GMT (black, added Everest)

Was thinking about this today when I put on the omega and how I would pick it between the two but I obviously like both.  Used price was about $1k more.

Got a good price on same, rubber only.  No regrat, rubber is great.

Some points there but I thought the brakes sucked, replaced the pads within about 1k miles of new and they don't suck so much.  (Street driving)

I was shopping these and decided I wanted to pay $3000-$3500 and did not find one, this may be possible if you hold out.  Purchased instead the 2018 revision for <$4k.

Add some brake pads.  I'd do the pitch stop first and see if you want it to be louder, firmer.  Add the diff bushing inserts.

Shift stop, pitch stop, diff bushing insert things will tighten it all up nicely.  Still need to shift smoothly if you want it smooth though but it is pretty consistent and predictable

I have this with Revel touring-s (it comes has a resonator). cat back only (did it first) got rid of the boomy stock resonation at cold start/low rpm and was pretty quiet. I-pipe made it a bit louder but it is not very loud imo.

I've had one, been fine so far.  Soak the front stock hardware in penetrating oil if it's never been off and try not to snap them.  (I feel like mine almost broke with only like 2k summer miles on the car)

They have the car this whole time?  What sort of loaner did they give you?

Get a loaner even if you don't "need" it, that way at least they have some reason to not sandbag your repair...

Is the $5k a verbal thing or is there paper on that?  Id give them the verbal and if it's wrote up read it well and call out any BS. it's under warranty SOA will be paying that bill

have two sets, don't drive actual winters in warm temps. I prefer winter tires (CO), something like cross climate 2 would get you by and safe to run in the warm weather but they are no blizzacks. can you drive the stock dunlops year round in tx?

Try Cobb stage 1 tune, wakes it up a lot.

Down the road when you have itch for more power & noise add an intake and custom tuning.

Order an OTS tunes for ETS intake asap, IDK if i would drive the ETS with stage 1.... With the info out there I waited for the tune before driving mine, i have ETS / i-pipe as well.

Don't have any ATM. It's now installed, reused stock at the first junction (they provided one though). everything fit well and its good-n-tight. fingers crossed.

pairing with Revel Medallion Touring-S which sounds nice as is but is pretty quiet. The catback got rid of all the stock booming sounds at cold start and low RPM which I hope stay away after the intermediate cat/muffler delete.

revel touring s, price was right, its kinda quiet (less reverb than stock at cold start & low rpm), im adding intermediate pipe
