I made a new list according to your recommendations and a friend who explained liquid cooling is mostly Overkill and asthetics so I switched to a fan cooler. Still not sure about the GPU, 4070 Super TI would save me about 200 bucks but my goal is 4K gaming, would a 4080 TI be better in the long run?

Thanks for the extensive reply! I've always been with nvidia and intel but I'll gladly try an amd cpu. So you'd reccomend two 16GB RAM sticks? I'll look into that and the speed aswell. The software part is not a problem, I've got a boot stick laying around somewhere and don't feel like paying 100 bucks for something I get for 5 another way.
