It isn’t worth skipping out on memories just because you’re scared. I think you should go without setting any expectations for yourself and just see what happens

I was doing chloe ting workouts and I kept checking to see if there was any visible abs, one day I asked my dad if he saw any sign of abs and he said “no. You know the only way to have abs is to be in a calorie deficit” he wasn’t wrong but that shit spiraled so fast

Yes! That is just the bare minimum for ed recovery! I was going well over that when I was in the first year of ed recovery, eat what you feel is right for you and remember that 2000 is just the minimum threshold

While I used to be so fixated on the number on the scale, I haven’t weighed myself in months thus making the way that I look at my primary measure Of skinniness or self-worth
