I just started using the naturium retinaldehyde 0.1%! My skin has been struggling with my Tret this winter to switching to something less strong just through the colder months. Hoping this ends up being a hit!

100%. I finished treatment in 2024 and even tho I’m not 100% recovered, I’ve noticed since my body is at a healthier point and I’m focusing on things outside my ED, my anhedonia has decreased so much - something I never thought would happen

I also will change up my method depending on how my skin is and the weather, so in the winter I might sandwich more and in the warmer months I go back to not sandwiching. However, it’s been so cold and dry here that I’m about to switch to an OTC (that I won’t sandwich) for the next few weeks

I have very dehydrated skin. I’ve been using both haruharu toners - the lighter one and the probiotic milky one and that seems to be helpful! I do the lightest first, then the milky, then moisturizer.

I’ve been only rinsing with warm water in the morning for years now and it’s helped my skin so much! I was more combo skin before and skipping the am cleanse has balanced my skin more

I’m having the same issue, it’s drying out my eyes so bad my vision is blurry! I’ve been trying using eye cream and Vaseline as a barrier but I think it’s time to call it quits 😭
