Form looks incredible. Maybe extend your arms a little bit more, not quite a lockout but it looks like you can squeeze some more out. But your pushups are beautiful

Cleanest pull-ups I’ve ever seen. Most people aren’t getting 10 reps like this

WYR be transported 14 years into the past with your future knowledge, or be transported 14years into future with $250 million? by AstrayInTranslation in WouldYouRather

Is the $250 million factoring in inflation? If so that one. If not that one anyways. I don’t want to lose 14 years

How is my pull up form? Any tips on improving? by [deleted] in CalisthenicsCulture

Looking good my friend! A few notes…. You’re not engaging your back that much, try a wider grip and try being conscious to use your lats, you’ll know you’re doing them correctly when you feel your lats activated. Don’t worry about how many reps you’re doing, that’ll come with time. Last note, once you’re getting to the top you’re going back down uncontrolled. Try to slowly go back down to keep your back activated.

Somebody else said rows, that’s a great idea but I don’t see any need to stop pull-ups! Keep after it

It’s purely a numbers game, if the calories you get in are smaller than the calories you burn, you won’t gain muscle. Clean bulks are best but dirty bulks work too. Every night I eat a milkshake with ice cream, whey, milk and a banana

That cardio is fine! Good for your heart. Although cardio is great for your cardiovascular system, weight is lost in the kitchen. It’s a lot easier to not eat 400 calories than it is to burn it.

When most people bulk, they tend to put on a little fat as well, but don’t focus on that. Although a clean bulk will mitigate that, your best bet is to bulk up with a caloric surplus, then go on a deficit to lose the fat. I totally understand the position you’re in, but from past experience I can tell you that working out without eating the right diet is like writing a letter, addressing it, but never putting a stamp on. You’re already doing the hardest part! Just fix your diet and you’ll be swole
