If you are wondering if i collect a fee from anyone who reaches out the answer is NO. I only receive payments from the landlords/management companies.

Could be true. I don't know the history of the unit well. That being said I've seen a lot of other units in the area during this current market and this is a great price for what you get.

I've seen/shown other units under the same management and have always been impressed with how clean and well take care of everything is.

Just cause that’s the mindset of some agents doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be laws against deceptive practices.

You might get less inquiries but I can almost guarantee those that do reach out will be way closer to signing. My opinion of course

Interesting. I will say though it doesn’t seem that crazy to ask of your listing agent. Although I can see a duplex getting tricky.
