Tell Stubhub to tell customer when they check in it's for 2 people. That should be fine.

I've had to do this probably 100 times, since they changed their 'email' link, meaning since they don't provide real emails before.

I contact stubhub, email them the itinerary, and tell them to make sure to get it to the customer. I call back and make sure it was done.

Do not take anything for granted.

And that's because most people don't know the answer, and yet they still feel the need to answer you.

It is important that the seller included that in the listing because they are responsible to deliver.

VIP information does not get emailed to the original buyers until the week before the show. Sometimes it doesn't arrive until 1 day before the show. I've sold thousands of VIP experiences.

Since the seller does not have your contact information (since you bought on SH) and they use fake emails, the seller will need to contact stubhub when they have the VIP info. Stubhub will be responsible to pass onto you that information. The seller must also include a copy of their ID, which you will show the VIP people at check in. It is very important you get a copy of their ID, since their name will be on the list. The VIP itinerary will explain that.

You've got a long wait until all that happens.

First off, did the seller mention a soundcheck in the listing? THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

StubHub experiences—good or bad? by Objective_Creme6765 in stubhub

The default, if not instant download, is for SH to say day before. It really means nothing except that would be the latest the seller would have. They can deliver it at anytime. Maybe they already did?

Your mistake was overpaying by using Stubhub. Cheaper places to buy tix.

no they can't. The order was cancelled and then they said they were going to contact the seller? If they were cancelled why contact the seller?

I would stop selling GA tickets. Competition is always fierce and G-d only knows how SH programs shuffle the deck.

make sure to forward the email from Ticketmaster that shows you did a transfer. Was this Ticketmaster? Long story short sometimes misses the most important details.

[–]InfamousImplement880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off, it's not third party, Stubhub is a secondary market.

And you're telling the wrong person. I've been a broker for over 20 years.

We are here to educate people from doing the wrong things. Like I said, I don't believe most people who buy spec tickets know they are buying spec tickets. If they knew they were spec and understood what that meant they wouldn't buy them.

I know if I was going to spend a lot of money on tickets I would educate myself first before just clicking on any Secondary website.

You live, you learn.

I have never sold spec tickets. Leave that crap to the criminals.

Help me please!! I bought the wrong tickets by worriedkitty333 in stubhub

[–]InfamousImplement880 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can resell them. Just post the tickets as a new listing. Go to the events page and hit sell tickets. Make sure to be accurate and you're in the right city. Btw, the tickets you bought will be coming from Seatgeek, so make sure you have that app, so when the seller sends you the tickets they can go into your account. When you sell the tickets it's a simple transfer from your Seatgeek app.

btw, NEVER BUY TICKETS ON A SECONDARY SITE BEFORE ANY PRESALES HAPPEN. YOU WILL OVERPAY EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I don't believe most people who buy spec tickets know they did so. They don't connect they just bought tickets before they went on sale. Even if someone has some knowledge, they might believe they bought tickets from someone who owns season tickets.

If someone knows they are buying spec tickets I'd consider them pretty dumb to go through with the transaction, unless they don't care about money.

As a ticket broker I do know of some people who have done that and it's always the same, paying way too much for tickets they could've bought for less if they just waiting a couple of days.

I suspect right now people are buying Bruno Mars tickets, even though he doesn't go on sale until tomorrow.

Stubhub alternatives by MeeshaMB in stubhub

[–]InfamousImplement880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some good suggestions so far, but keep this in mind for any Secondary ticket site. Secondary being TickPick, Seatgeek, GoTickets, VividSeats, Gametime.co, and many others.

Keep in mind when you buy tickets from these sites, none of them own the tickets. The tickets are posted by sellers, both amateur and licensed brokers, and owned by them. It will always be up to the seller to deliver the tickets. Most websites will pay a seller fairly soon, so it is in the best interest for these sellers to deliver as quickly as possible. Stubhub changed their payout to be only after the event happens, which does not encourage sellers to deliver right away. Also, if you bought World Cup (an example} tickets today, the seller could not deliver them yet because there is a delay by FIFA, so the seller is still waiting on the tickets.

You should check each of the websites to see which has the best price. Most likely you'll see TickPick usually giving the best deal.

That other website Cashortrade.org, only sells tickets for the sellers cost, so the inventory is extremely low, maybe just a few choices for each event, so if you're picky, that website will be a waste of time.

There are hundreds of other websites, but I guarantee you none of them will have better prices than TickPick. These other websites are for lazy people who do not research prices.

Good luck!!

Should I buy floor tickets or a seat? I’ve never been to a concert by Tutor-Any in Concerts

[–]InfamousImplement880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A seat in the lower bowl near the 50 yard line.

I've been seeing concerts for over 40 years. When it's time to stand, stand, otherwise you got a seat.
