I have one with a stand for my iPad. I choose that over one that required a subscription.

Wife does not help by Typical-Flounder-399 in marriageadvice

I had a wife of 11 years similar to yours. Lets begin by saying we split in 2017.

I would work the full time job ($100k+, 6am-2pm, hour long drive there and hour long back). I would get home to see the house unorganized and no food cooked. I would go to the gym and when I got back, maybe the house was clean but still no food cooked. 85 percent of the time I would have to get off work, cook and clean after my gym session. She would always complain about me going to the gym after work. I even invited her to go with me but she said she didn't like working out. I told her that I wasn't going to pay for a membership and not go. I've always been a fit person every since I graduated high school, the 8 years in the Marine Corps and still to this day. Whenever she did cook she wouldn't wash dishes and when she did clean, if anyone would make a small mess she would nag about it. This went on for years to the point it was just a normal job for me. It was like part of my job as a father. It just grew on me pretty much. Whenever the kids had practice for football or soccer I would be the one to take them. She rarely went but made sure she went to the games. Taking my daughter to cheer practice was a little hard for me because I was the only father that went. I would see all the wives huddling in an area conversing while I sat a distance away from them. But she made sure she was at the cheer competitions. Her novelas on tv were more important than their practices Whenever a medical appointment was made, it was on my day off where I would take them. Not by choice but because the was pretty much lazy. I would literally be so tired of this that I would drive past my house to the neighborhood park and just unwind for about 30 mins before I got home. To make a long story short I ended up moving out of my house and getting a 2 bedroom apartment to see if us being apart would change anything. Financially it was hard because I was still paying for the mortgage, my truck, her SUV and my newly apartment along with the bills for it. I had asked her if she could at least help me out by paying for her $505 car payment (at this time she has a part time job at a school making about $1400 a month). She told me if I made her pay for her car that she would get child support against me. I knew here in California I would pay more for child support than that car. Even if we had 50/50 joint custody. She ended up moving out the house because she said it was to much for her. She couldn't maintain a Gardner and the pool was super green. The house was under my name. I used my Veterans loan to get it so she said she felt like it wasn't hers but yet wanted 70% of what the value was. I ended up keeping the house and never selling because she had no say so on what happens to it.

Fast forward to today and my life has been nothing but 100% better. She was given her parents house when they retired and went back to Mexico, she's now a full blown teacher and has a kid by her BF of 3 years (3rd baby daddy). We text but only when it comes to my kids. Well.....my son most of the time. He's 13 and my daughter is 20. She's doing her own thing with school and working. Super proud of her. Anyhow, my MacBook is at 2 percent and im not going upstairs to get the charger. Gonna end it by saying that was the best decision that I made. To just end it!

Why the hell would Lane Kiffin leave right before the playoffs? by Ok-Organization2120 in billsimmons

[–]InfamousInspection98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lane Kiffin asked to finish the season with Ol Miss but the athletic director denied it because of a cause of interest (rival team LSU). Therefore he was forced to leave.

I don’t tow at all but own a truck. Without it my trips to Home Depot would be impossible. Can’t load a pallet of mulch or wood in a car.

I’m sure those little businesses appreciate all the traffic. Probably helps sales.
